These will be short, but intense sessions that will make the body cry fat and develop muscle tone and endurance, while at the same time helping you develop new levels of cardiovascular endurance, all in one!   • Each day will have a different fitness focus. Some days will be strength-based days and some days will be cardio-based days with added finishers and stretching at the end

How it works

  • Once you purchase your free week trial you need to respond to a short onboarding questionnaire
  • Based on your responses I will build a bodyweight-exclusive fitness routine for you
  • The following Friday after you sign up, your 1-week personalized workout schedule will be made available in your app
  • Each week will include 5 days of workouts
  • Scheduling will happen every 4 weeks as long as the subscription is active
